Ways to Store Hotel Luggage in a Hotel
The staff of the busy Hyatt Hotel in Downtown Chicago contacted Screenflex to find a solution to their luggage storage woes for the hundreds of guests they host daily. After discussing their room dimensions and current available space, Screenflex Consultants created a free design plan to demonstrate how movable walls can be used as a simple solution to hold suitcases for guests before or after their stay. During the hotel’s peak season, a 6′ high, 24′ – 1″ room divider can be rolled into place to divide a bell hop station and front desk. This designated space keeps luggage and personal belongings safe and secure. After using the temporary walls, the Hyatt bellhop loved that they can store guests’ luggage prior to check-in or after check-out times so guests can relax at the pool or have a bite to eat without having to bring their suitcases with them. The room dividers completely changed the way the Hyatt used its open space to better serve their guests. Better yet, room dividers can be made into any configuration to create a storage area or connected together to achieve your desired length.
