I can&#x27;t find any prices on your website. What&#x27;s up with that?

I’ll try my best to explain why we do this and how easy it is to receive price information quickly, and if you wish, go ahead with placing an order. We see purchasing Screenflex Room Divider much like buying a new car or even building a house. There’s a base model,  but with so many options available, prices can vary depending on height and length, fabric choice, or any options selected. For many facilities this a larger budget item, so we understand how important it is to get you just the right product, so you won’t kick yourself down the road. We like to talk to our customers directly. Not so we can sell you something, but so we can assess your needs and budget, apply any discounts, and then give you a written price quote. How do I get a price quote and what do I do to place an order?

That’s easy peasy! Just give us a call at 800-553-0110 email us at sales@screenflex.com, or Live Chat with us at Screenflex.com, and one of our non-commissioned consultants will be on the other end. We will happily answer your questions and offer color samples. They can also help you in selecting the correct size, give you prices, and prepare a quote, including any shipping costs. They’ll get your order entered quickly, and your dividers will ship in 2 weeks or less.

I was talking with a salesperson, and they emailed me a quote, but I can&#x27;t remember what I need to do now.

Congratulations! I wish all the questions we received were this easy! To confirm your quote so we can get started on processing your order, first, remember to sign it! Then you can either: E-mail the approved quote back to your consultant -or- Fax back the order confirmation form to (847) 726-2990.

How will my room divider be shipped?

Accepted Answer

We use our own proprietary packing techniques and custom shipping boxes, reducing the likelihood of damage during the time it leaves here to when it arrives at your door. We ship all our Standard and Wall Mounted Room Dividers fully assembled via common carrier in rugged corrugated boxes approved by the NMFTA (National Motor Freight Traffic Association). All Portable Classrooms ship via Inside Delivery. Inspection and Quality Control: We inspect your order right before shipping, looking for any defects or errors. Packing: All dividers are packaged securely for protection during shipping. Insurance: Each order is fully insured before shipping and this cost is included in our shipping price.

What should I do or not do when my shipment arrives?

We know you’re going to be excited, but we want you to take the time to inspect the product before accepting your room dividers from the shipping company driver. Because strange things can sometimes happen during shipping, we’ve put together a short checklist of things we’d like you to look out for before you sign off on the delivery. Please review and print the Room Divider Arrival Inspection Checklist. Then, after you’ve officially received your room dividers: 1-Read the Operating Instructions. 2-Register your product with Screenflex so that you can activate your warranty.

Will I need to put this together when it arrives and what tools will I need tools?

Heck No! Unlike other brands, all Screenflex Room Dividers ship out fully assembled. After you remove the packaging it’s ready to use!

How long is my warranty and what does it cover?

Accepted Answer

Screenflex is committed to delivering products of exceptional quality and durability. Screenflex fully warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship for the warranty period. If a product defect arises due to faulty materials or workmanship, Screenflex will replace or repair the product to a serviceable condition at no cost to the original purchaser, provided the product was properly installed and maintained according to the manufacturer’s instructions. WARRANTED PRODUCTS: Heavy Duty Dividers: Industry-leading lifetime warranty on materials and workmanship. Officeflex Cubicles: 7-year limited warranty on materials and workmanship. All other Screenflex products: For all other Screenflex products, we offer a limited 3-year warranty. Screenflex makes no warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and is not liable for any consequential or special damages. Screenflex offers no other warranties except for the warranties expressly set forth above. All repairs and returns must be approved in writing by the factory before action is taken.

How can I clean my fabric room divider?

A. Oil or grease spots respond to a mild solvent or dry cleaning agent. Just make sure you use the blotting technique. This should be enough to remove most stains. B. For general dirt spots, sponging with the foam from a room temperature solution of mild detergent or upholstery shampoo should remove it. Rinse the area with a clean sponge to remove any traces of the cleaning solution; avoid over saturating the panels. The fabric should dry very quickly. I&#x27;m having trouble understanding how to figure out the height and length, can you explain this, please?

Accepted Answer

All heights are measured from the floor to the top of the divider. The caster clearance area along the entire bottom length of any divider is 5 3/4″ high. Heights range from 4’0″ to 8’0″ and lengths begin at 5’9′, going up to 24’1′. The important part to remember is that our consultants are experts in helping customers get the best fit for their space. Just give them your measurements and they’ll do the rest!

We feel very strongly about buying products that are made in the U.S. Are Screenflex units manufactured and assembled in the U.S.?
