As I look back over this year, I think of all the challenges we faced and the successes we accomplished. The economy is the main focus. This affected every aspect of our business.
We are a competitive company and we like to win. We expect to provide the best products and the best services to our customers.
To fulfill this expectation, we demand the best of our employees and they, in turn, demand the best out of each other. Our focus is one of continuous improvement throughout the organization. We work as a team to increase efficiency, promote open communication and manufacture the most innovative and quality products our customers and suppliers have come to expect.
The key to bringing it all together is Teamwork. From getting our raw materials in from our vendors, marketing our products, selling our products, processing orders, manufacturing, to shipping out to our customers damage free.
We carry out this mission because of the dedicated, caring, and hard-working support of our vendors, employees, dealers and most of all our customers. We did it in good spirit. It is exactly this spirit and all of us working together, that made it all possible. We obviously cannot accomplish this level of performance and success with any one element of the team missing.
Going forward, we will continue to make the most strategically sound use of our resources. We will always maintain our commitment to customer satisfaction and the delivery of a product with an enjoyable shopping experience.
