Show Intel regularly transforms single spaces into multiple environments—sometimes within the same day. From general sessions to breakout areas and networking zones, the Orlando-based company needed a solution that could move with them. “We are always looking for items that give us flexibility to use for multiple functions and a surface that we can brand or make into an immersive piece that ties into the theme for our clients,” said Show Intel Project Manager Rachel Colbert. “These frames were easy to transport, assemble, and disassemble throughout multiple steps of this project.”
Rather than acting as visual barriers, their 10 newly acquired acrylic panels provided a clean, modern canvas. The team customized them by painting the frames white and applying vinyl graphics, turning the simple dividers into branded design elements “to add a look and feel for the environment,” Rachel added.
The result was a space that felt cohesive—not segmented. Their transparency also helped maintain an open, modern feel while still creating clearly defined zones—an important balance in today’s event spaces.
