Welcome to Screenflex Portable Partitions (“Screenflex,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our Site(s), including Screenflex.com and affiliated domains (the “Site”), and the purchase of products from us.

By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Your use of this Site is subject to the following terms and conditions. Your use of the Site constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions and your agreement to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this Site or any services offered by this Site.

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without notice. Please check back often to ensure you are aware of any updates or changes to these terms.

United States only
Unless otherwise specified, the materials in this Site are presented solely for the purpose of promoting products or programs available in the United States, its territories, possessions, and protectorates. We make no representation that materials in the Site are appropriate or available for use in other locations. If you access the Site from locations other than the United States, you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.

  1. Orders & Acceptance

All orders placed through the Site are subject to acceptance by Screenflex. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • product availability
  • pricing or typographical errors
  • suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions

Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are not guaranteed until your order has been accepted and confirmed.

  1. Payment Terms

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express), as well as approved payment methods including purchase orders, business checks, and third-party payment providers (e.g., Braintree, Amazon Pay).

By submitting payment information on our Site, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and agree to be held liable for any goods or services ordered through our Site.

  1. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping and delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Screenflex is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events beyond our control.

Unless otherwise stated, risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

  1. Damaged or Lost Shipments

Customers are encouraged to inspect all shipments upon delivery.

  • If visible damage is present, note it on the delivery receipt and notify us immediately.
  • If concealed damage is discovered after delivery, it must be reported within 14 days of receipt.

While refusal of visibly damaged shipments is recommended, failure to do so does not automatically void your ability to file a claim.

Screenflex will assist customers in resolving freight claims where applicable but reserves the right to determine appropriate remedies.

  1. Returns & Exchanges

Returns require prior written authorization from Screenflex.

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery
  • Non-defective returns are subject to:
    • a 20% restocking fee
    • return shipping costs (both directions)

Returned products must be:

  • in original packaging
  • unused and undamaged
  • in resalable condition as determined by Screenflex in its reasonable discretion

Custom-made or made-to-order products are non-returnable.

Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing timeframe.

  1. Limited Warranty

Screenflex warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the warranty period specified on the applicable product page (typically 1-3 years), beginning on the date of delivery.

If a defect arises during the warranty period, Screenflex will, at its option:

  • repair the product, or
  • replace the product with the same or comparable item

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and requires:

  • proper installation
  • normal use and maintenance

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • misuse, abuse, or negligence
  • improper installation
  • modification or unauthorized repair
  • normal wear and tear

Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, this limited warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Remedy

The remedies described above are the sole and exclusive remedies available.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Screenflex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

  • loss of profits
  • loss of business
  • loss of use

In all cases, Screenflex’s total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim.

  1. Product Use Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for determining whether products are suitable for their intended use and environment. Screenflex is not responsible for improper application, installation, or use of products.

The information provided on our Site is provided to you “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. ADDITIONALLY, WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE(S) OR THE SERVERS MAKING THE SITE(S) AVAILABLE ARE VIRUS FREE. We do not warrant that the functions contained in these materials will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected, or that this Site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the purchase of products shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Minnesota, except where prohibited by law.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Site.
