Screenflex Room Dividers ~ Is shipping carton construction important? It sure is!
Screenflex containers have been built to hold up to the rigors of cross-country shipping.
Our carton construction has even been approved by the National Motor Freight Traffic Association.
Screenflex invested a lot of time and money to make our packaging strong and durable. We filmed a video so you may see step by step how the product is packaged.
The Dividers are centered on a corrugated base, rigid support cylinders are placed under and around each corner caster.
The divider is actually lifted off of the corrugated base with the help of both these support cylinders and rectangular supports placed beneath the unit. This way the casters are well protected. The support’s act as a shock absorber as your new Screenflex Divider travels across the country.
Styrofoam strips are attached to the sides and support wings are added to the top. Thick sheets of corrugated are utilized for the sides and top. Corrugated cushion pads are attached underneath to help absorb even more shock and provide easy access for forklifts Handles cut into the corrugated make moving the carton easy.
The portable room dividers ship by large truck. We use recognized carriers to ensure our product ships safely to you.
