All Screenflex Products are manufactured to order. Once a height, length and fabric is chosen, the room divider is built in one-two weeks. The room dividers than go through two inspections and are cartoned and put on a large freight truck.
Unfortunately, we do not have control over the shipping company damaging a product once it leaves our factory. However, if you report the shipping damage to the dealer that you ordered from, they should assist you in getting either replacement parts or a replacement unit.
