- Getting in contact with a representative was easy and the customer service was excellent. However, they sent us the wrong panel, which was very disappointing. Upon deciding to send the incorrect panel back and get the correct panel instead, the customer service was not as great. It was still good, but not as superb. The panel itself has been great.
