The customer service was great, from having my questions answered to requesting a price guide to the ordering process itself (thanks Kim!). The order was shipped in the three weeks as promised, and the product itself is great and something that feels like it will last a very long time. We had previously ordered dividers over a year ago, and we loved them so much that we stuck with Screenflex when we chose to expand and section off more classrooms.
