Our partitions are made to order. Typically it takes one to two weeks to manufacture. Shipping time is anywhere from 2-5 days depending on which part of the country you are located. I understand you received a partition with a damaged panel. We did put a rush replacement order in so you would receive the new parts as quickly as possible.
