Screenflex dividers have been a wonderful addition to our Day service program. It separates our programming activites to however we need it and literaly helps keep the noise to a minimum. Do to the fact that we rent out our facility I also love how easy they are to store away. We also use the walls as a big screen for our movies and Wii bowling game!
We are very happy with our new Screenflex Dividers. It makes such a difference in how our fellowship hall looks, and the privacy it gives our Sunday School Kids. Screenflex Packaging Procedure
Each Screenflex container has been built to withstand the rigors of cross country shipping and our container has been approved by the American Trucking Association.
 1. Divider is centered on a corrugated base, and amazingly rigid support cylinders are placed under/around each corner caster. |
 2. With the aid of both these support cylinders and rectangular supports placed beneath the unit, the divider is actually lifted OFF of the corrugated base. This way the casters are well protected and the entire unit is cushioned. The supports act as shock absorbers as your new Screenflex Divider travels across the country. |
 3. Styrofoam strips are attached to the sides for additional protection. |
 4. Support wings are added to the top. |
 5. Thick sheets of corrugated are utilized for the sides and top. |
 6. Hot glue helps secure the container together. |
 7. Heavy Duty staples are used to complete building the container. |
 8. Five corrugated cushion pads are attached underneath to help absorb even more shock and provide easy access for forklifts. |
 9. The container is labled and is ready for shipment. Note the “Easy Grip Handles” make moving the container much easier. |
 10. The Screenflex container has been certified by the American Trucking Association. |
Our church is using our screenflex rooms as Sunday School classes. As you can see the color blends great with our existing walls and we use them to hang information as well. We love them!
