    One of the markets that Screenflex services is of course the Hospitality industry. Over the past few years our business has grown exponentially, specifically in Las Vegas due to the introduction of Screenflex "Heavy Duty." Our existing customer's were accustomed to purchasing our standard line. It was determined that the heavy usage, and constant transferring of the partitions to different areas of the facility caused above normal wear and tear. The Screenflex Research and Development team took some proactive measures and developed a model that could sustain the rigorous elements.

    There is no difference in the overall quality between Screenflex standard and heavy duty room dividers, but some components had to be strenghtened. The "Heavy Duty" room divider has oversized self leveling casters, extra wide support legs, wrap around gusset plates at all corners, deep channel steel end frames, multiunit connectors, and extra thick piano hinges. These additions have proved to be instrumental in the reduction or elimination of damages to the components. These units do weigh more than our standard line, are lower to the ground thus creating a lower center of gravity which enhances stability. The "Heavy Duty" partitions are available in heights of 6 feet and 7 feet 4 inches. There are six (6) lengths ranging from 5' 9" to 24' 1" and available in any fabric we currently offer.

    Screenflex "Heavy Duty" room divider is currently used in Las Vegas locations such as, MGM Grand and Grand Garden, The Venetian Hotel, Rio, Mandalay Bay, Paris, Green Valley Ranch, Flamingo, Las Vegas Visitors Authority, Las Vegas Convention Center, and Thomas & Mack Center.     Great info Don...........Screenflex Room Dividers have always been popular in the Hospitality industry.   As you state,  due to the unusual "wear and tear" which the hospitality industry puts on all F & E,  we beefed up our "Standard" line and created "Heavy Duty".  Much like my Chevy does a great job in getting me from place to place 99.9% of the time,   if I went on an African Safari, I would need a Land Rover.   The comparison is similar for our Dividers.  Our Standard line is just fine for the majority of our customers.  However to withstand the rigors of the Hospitality industry,   Heavy Duty is the Room Divider of choice !!
