How Much Contact Do You Have with a Potential Customer

Once a customer has requested product information through our web page or by calling our office. We send a detailed information packet to their attention. The information request page has a minimal amount of required fields. We do ask for your name, organization, phone, and or email for follow up purposes only. There is a comment section that allows the customer to add comments or ask questions. The same questions are asked if you choose to call us to request information.

Our sales consultants will follow up with you within two weeks of the date your information packet was sent. This is done to make sure you received the materials you requested, and to address any additional questions or concerns. We give you the option of having the product information emailed to your attention and will follow up with a hard copy as well. Based on the initial follow up call, it is determine if there is a need for any additional follow up. Our database is updated with the result of the follow up call. The customer information in our system is soley for the use of Screenflex, and is not used, sold, or distributed to outside sources at any time. Our sales consultants will not call you if there is no justification for doing so. However, it is our goal to keep our customer's advised of all upcoming promotions or potential savings opportunities.

Quotes that are requested during normal business hours are sent via fax, email, or mail. The sales consultant will contact you to make sure the quote was received, and to inquire about your intended purchase date. Again,the sales consultant will contact you simply to follow up on the quote, and once again after your order has been received. Screenflex is not a telemarketing company. We provide a quality custom made product, along with exceptional custmer service during the entire purchasing process.

Great info Don. As we know, sometimes our prospects want to know who else in their area is already a customer of Screenflex. Accordingly an important part of the information packet is our "local customer list". If they are so inclined, this gives the prospect an opportunity to see our room dividers in use. Oftentimes the prospect knows of the local church, school or business that is already our customer. They may have children at the school, know someone who worships at the church, or be friends with an individual who is employed at any of the local businesses, all of which are our customers. On occasion there are already 2 or 3 customers on the same street where their building is.
We have many, many repeat customers. So if anyone is so inclined, do please make use of the local customer list in your packet. Or, just call us and we can punch in the area in/around your zip code. We'll have the list within several seconds.
